The long climb resulted in hugs!

Our Hastings Mesa House Sit

By day seven we were so ready to set off into the mountains. Last night we delighted in a comfy airbnb in a suburb of Denver (Boulder is really expensive to stay in and packed). Our room was perfect and just a 2 minute walk to another Whole Foods. We picked up our dinner needs and cooked a simple meal in a gourmet kitchen.

Fully equipped!

The next morning we met the host Marie, she was present and open to sharing much about her life. We had a beautiful exchange of words. She inspired me to continue to open myself to abundance and to explore the world.

We sped out of Denver on the interstate into the Rocky Mountains. What a gift, the colours, cliffs, acsents and desecents. I felt embraced by the arms of Mother Earth as we entered in. Now, my nerves were tested on the massive highway with super fast cars and trucks. We kept up quite well, and loved charging our battery on the way down. I am always sure to keep a buffer around me and let the speeders to the speeding.

We saw so many landscapes!

The last leg of the day was up a so called county road that went straight up with a few switch backs. Our tired Quartz (vehicle) revved itself up. We were a little concerned by the smell…

Luke will share more about this in another post up and coming.

We spotted the driveway and turned into our home away from home or maybe it is just our house embracing our homes, our vessesls, our bodies and souls.

Embraced by Deb and Dalen. And now we switch gears to our house sit post coming soon.
