Just a quick post to catch you right up to today, November 13th. Right now I am sitting in a cute cafe in a lovely town called Ashland, Oregon. It is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from our house sit in Weed California. We are here today to get groceries as at awesome Co-op and Luke is on mountain bike ride. I am hanging with this blog and drinking my last coffee, before entering into what we are calling a Horizon Health Pump, a diet full of only awesomeness. I have to admit~ I have been trying to stay very clean in my diet for a long time, especially because I have been inviting a baby~ sometimes it is really hard and I need to let loose. Yippy! 40 days of Horizon Health Pump together with Luke which will be very supportive.
