Oct 20th: From Where I Sit; both literally and figuratively.

Today I sit outside with my socks off and the sun beaming on my body. I hear the aspen leaves dance a wind rhythm, the birds adding to the biophony with high pitch tones, and intermittently, I hear the many chimes that are placed around the house. What a great place to write from!
Note on the figurative point, you may have noticed the Mother Goddess layout in the above image-- that is how I am "sitting" in my life right now, as well as what has come to past and what will unfold in the future. This layout has revealed such power and strength. It has affirmed where I am and helped me take a huge sigh of relief for all the work it took to leave Peterborough. I mean work on all levels, spiritual, emotional, physical and mental! As time goes on I am sure that I will have more to offer and share as I become the true Goddess that I am.
FROM WHERE LUKE RIDES

It has been over 24 hours since Luke left on an overnight bike trip. This has been the longest time we have spent away from each other in 20 days. It has been great to notice what I miss and what parts of me come forward. Luke and I were discussing how much time we have spent together over these three weeks and have been delighted that we have so many skills to navigate togetherness. We compliment each other beautifully-- and this did not just happen over night. It took and takes much work and willingness to change. I am a chameleon, so it works for me :)
FROM WHERE THE BOY SITS

I love this kitty! What a treat it is to take care of such a regal one. Not only is this kitty photogenic, he also does hand stands! Last night I was playing with him and yes, he stood on his front paws for just a few seconds as he leaped for the toy. I was very impressed.
I don't remember how we came up with the idea to house and pet sit or how we found the trustedhousesitters.com site. In this moment, I trust that we were guided. And with only a few more days left here, I am reassured that the next places we end up will come with love, and joy. All in TRUST-- one of our main mottos on Horizon Travels.
FROM WHERE I SAT ON THE JUD WEIBE TRAIL IN TELLURIDE

I am totally at home with my rock and tree friend here! This is before we hiked up 1300 ft.--I looked much different after that. It was so awesome of course and I have to admit I was really proud of body for making it. I did have, three blisters, a cut toe, nausea and exhaustion afterwards...however, it was all worth the glow and freshness for life I obtained. I am getting stronger all the time.
A few more pics of our hike-- I am connecting with my Light and the Almighty Light.
